Orders

"Will I be able to track my order once it is placed?"

Yes! All tracking information will be sent to our customers via email and/or SMS to stay up to date on the status of their package/s. 

"Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?" 

Per our refund policy, all orders are final. We recommend that you pay close attention to your order details and verify that all desired information is correct prior to confirming the purchase. 

Shipping

"Do you offer worldwide shipping?"

Yes, we ship all over the world. Just ensure that you have read our shipping policy which states that all international orders have a shipping fee of approximately $10 USD. 

"How long will my order take to ship/deliver?"

You can expect your order to be processed and shipped within 2-4 days. 

Payments

"Which payment methods can I use?"

We accept PayPal, Venmo, CashApp (DM us on Instagram), Zelle (DM us on Instagram), Shop Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
